You, as a user, will have to do relatively little, but you do have to let it play out. Even in the best-case scenario, this is a little time-consuming - the old drivers must be uninstalled and the computer restarted, and the new ones must be installed, and the computer restarted again.
If you’re lucky, the whole process will be relatively straightforward - download, open, and follow the install wizard. Realtek HD Audio Drivers are famously unpredictable to download and install.
